The solution implemented by Oracle involved transitioning to Oracle Customer Cloud Service, which was facilitated by partner Wipro. This provided the utility with improved billing and meter management capabilities. As a result, Greater Cincinnati Water Works achieved a faster time to market, reduced operational and recurring costs, and gained a consistent upgrade process.
