Case Study: Greatearth Construction achieves 20% faster cycle times with Oracle Aconex

A Oracle Aconex Case Study

Preview of the Greatearth Construction Case Study

Greatearth speeds processes by 20%

Greatearth Construction, a subsidiary of United Engineers Limited, managed a large residential development in Singapore (six city blocks, 18 floors, 540 units) and secured public Productivity Improvement Project funding from the BCA. Facing industry pressures to avoid costly delays and overruns, the team needed better management of construction workflows, more accurate tracking and reporting of progress, faster completion, and shorter turnaround and cycle times.

By consolidating project information on a single platform (delivered by Conject, later acquired by Aconex), stakeholders were integrated into the RFI process with central document access, continuous monitoring, a complete audit trail, and automatic RFI logs. The solution boosted on-site productivity and cut cycle times by more than 20%, delivered RFI responses to site over two days faster on average, automatically tracked and escalated overdue items, and provided filterable, exportable reports for analysis and benchmarking.
