Frasers Property delivers mixed-use development with Aconex

Frasers Property delivered Frasers Broadway, a 235,000‑sqm mixed-use residential, commercial and retail development in Sydney’s Chippendale, including about 1,600 apartments and 5,000 sqm of parkland. The large, high‑profile project involved a multi‑company team managing hundreds of thousands of drawings and documents and faced the limitations of paper-based processes and commercial email, alongside environmental sustainability requirements.

Frasers used Oracle Aconex’s secure cloud platform with version-controlled document management, online tracking of files and correspondence (including the Green Star submission) and fast web search to avoid rework and speed data retrieval. This drove improved efficiency and productivity, reduced administrative, printing and courier costs, cut paper waste and lowered the risk of schedule delays and disputes.
