Council House 2 wins six green stars with Aconex

Oracle Aconex supported Council House 2 (CH2), a visionary 10‑storey Melbourne office building that earned six Green Stars for its sustainable design. The high‑visibility public–private project for about 540 staff faced strict environmental standards, multiple stakeholders, large volumes of drawings and documents, and complex review and approval processes.

Using Aconex as a single, central collaboration platform with document version control, communications delivery confirmations and alerts, and a full audit trail, the project streamlined information flow and approvals. The result was faster, more efficient communications, fewer errors and rework, improved project control and reduced risk.
