Consero Management Consulting gets Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park Hotel Team up and running on Aconex in two weeks

Consero Management Consulting implemented Oracle Aconex for the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park Hotel’s fitness facilities relocation in London, a project involving demolition, refurbishment and a new pool. The project team included hundreds of participants across remote locations, BIM files often exceeded commercial email limits, and a very tight schedule required the collaboration system to be live immediately.

Using Aconex as a single central platform, teams could access, distribute, track and archive documents with unlimited storage and automated review/approval workflows. The system was fully deployed within two weeks, supported 46 organizations, managed more than 100,000 documents and 56,000 correspondence items (149 GB total), and enabled easy archiving and retrieval of project information.
