BATEG was contracted by SFR to build its new Saint-Denis campus—consolidating staff from four Paris sites into a complex with offices for nearly 8,500 workstations, a conference center, restaurants, a gym and gardens. The team faced tight deadlines and budgets while coordinating 150 direct and indirect subcontractors, precisely forecasting human resources, and managing thousands of drawings, reports and technical documents during project preparation.

Using Oracle Project Controls and Collaboration, BATEG implemented centralized document management, status reporting, real‑time mobile inspections and issue tracking, flexible workflows, mobile on‑site entry and direct notifications to impacted participants. The platform’s adaptability and continuous technical support enabled precise coordination across contractors, improved accuracy and efficiency on site, and faster response to evolving project requirements.
