BAM International delivered the FIFA‑standard Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium and a large Phase II mixed‑use development (550 apartments, commercial and parking structures, a souk, and a 4‑Star Aloft Hotel). By standardizing on Oracle Aconex as a neutral, secure platform and providing training, BAM removed file‑size and format constraints, went paperless, and improved cross‑organizational communication. The move cut RFI review time by 50%, gave all users fast BIM access without authoring software, saved an estimated AED 129 million (US$35.1 million) across two projects, and reduced document controllers from eight to two (saving AED 1.7 million / US$0.5 million).
