Auxitec Bâtiment, the construction arm of the Auxitec group, sought ISO 9001:2015 certification while managing projects ranging from €1,000 to €1 million. The company faced varied workflows across project sizes, gaps in information sharing at project start, strict client requirements for confidentiality and security, and the need to trace data and processes without harming productivity.

By adopting Oracle Aconex for project controls and collaboration, Auxitec standardized workflows and centralized notices, documents, approvals and design reviews on a single, secure platform with European servers. The system was configured for both small and large projects, improved structured, controlled information sharing and traceability required for ISO 9001, and can be extended across the group.
