AKTOR‑YAPI‑L&T‑STFA‑AL JABER ENGINEERING JV, a five‑partner consortium delivering the Gold Line Metro in Qatar, faced the challenge of coordinating a multi‑billion dollar project across 14 construction sites, 10 design teams, 203 subcontractors and more than 2,000 users while managing over 12 million documents and hundreds of review cycles.
