The project involved a complex supply chain—70 contractors and subcontractors, hundreds of consultants, major tenants and about 2,000 on-site staff—exposing limitations of commercial email, file-size restrictions, paper scanning overhead and the risk of losing critical project data.

Aconex delivered a secure, central collaboration platform to manage all documentation, correspondence and workflows with full audit trails and web-searchable archives. The system handled more than 600,000 documents and correspondence items, tightened control over information flow, saved hours of administrative work each week, and improved overall efficiency while reducing project risk.
