Aconex keeps Graham hospital expansion on track

Oracle Aconex supported the Vernon Jubilee Hospital expansion—a US$180 million, 135,000 sq ft diagnostic and treatment building in British Columbia and part of a major public‑private partnership. The project required tight coordination across many stakeholders, ready access to thousands of drawings, documents and correspondence, and strict PPP information‑management controls.

By providing a single, secure document‑management platform with audit trails, easy search and controlled information exchange, Aconex enabled efficient workflows and accountability. The project processed 585,000 documents and 4,500 drawings across 700 users from 90 companies, accelerated tendering by six days per bid package, cut start‑up time by several weeks, and reduced review time from eight hours to ten minutes per review—saving about 32,900 administrative hours.
