Aconex keeps Graham hospital expansion on track

Oracle Aconex supported the Vernon Jubilee Hospital expansion in British Columbia, a US$180 million PPP project delivering a 135,000 sq ft diagnostic and treatment building. The project’s large scope, strict PPP information rules and the need for ready access to thousands of drawings, documents and pieces of correspondence across a dispersed project team created major coordination and tracking challenges.

Aconex provided a single, secure platform with audit trails and fast search to manage document exchange among multiple stakeholders. The team processed 585,000 documents and 4,500 drawings across 700 people in 90 companies, accelerated tendering by six days per bid package, cut project start‑up by several weeks, and reduced review time from eight hours to ten minutes per review—saving a total of 32,900 administrative hours.
