A Oracle Aconex Case Study
Oracle Aconex supported the US$715 million Ocean Park Master Redevelopment in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong, a two‑year project that doubled rides and expanded marine attractions at the 870,000‑sqm theme park that draws over four million visitors a year. The project faced a large volume of information, a dispersed network of project managers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders across regions, and the added complexity of keeping the park open during construction, all of which made coordination and communication critical.
Aconex provided a secure, neutral collaboration platform that centralized project drawings, documentation, correspondence and workflows, enabling team members to view, track and share information from any location. This centralized approach improved efficiency and productivity, streamlined communications, sped up document review and approvals, and was supported by on‑the‑ground training for local and international project staff.
