Oracle Aconex partnered with a Malaysian builder on the US$50 million Menara Wakaf mixed‑use tower in Kuala Lumpur. The 34‑storey project faced a highly restricted construction site and tight build windows, while many investors and stakeholders required frequent updates and fast, reliable access to documents and project information across multiple organizations.

Aconex implemented a secure, central platform for managing documents and correspondence with real‑time access, automated workflows for design reviews and change capture, and fast web search. This enabled the exchange of 5,600 documents and 13,000 correspondence items among 20 companies, reduced hard‑copy and email costs, provided immediate financial visibility to stakeholders, and improved profit margins from 7% to 9%.
