By rolling out Aconex as a configurable, company-wide central system integrated with other tools, Lahey standardized processes, automated workflows and improved reporting and collaboration. In 18 months revenue more than doubled (from AUD 60–70M to ~AUD 150M), project sizes moved from AUD 5–15M to tendering/delivering AUD 15–55M, design & construction work exceeded AUD 60M, RFI response times fell from 30–40 days to 5–10 days, engineers saved up to 12 hours/week (PMs up to 8), travel dropped by 60%+ and a school project was delivered two months early.
