Aconex Helps Grow PetroVietnam Fertilizer Plant

Oracle Aconex supported PetroVietnam’s Phu My Fertilizer Plant (US$237M) project — the first in Vietnam to use advanced NPK production technology — by addressing an aggressive schedule, geographically dispersed teams, communication across two two-company consortiums, and the need to maintain plant operations during construction.

Aconex delivered a project‑wide cloud platform with secure spaces for each organization and a single central document register, enabling easy sharing, tracking and approval of all information. The result was faster access to current documents, stronger collaboration between client, PMC and contractors, fewer lost emails or file‑size issues, reduced errors and rework, and minimal training thanks to the platform’s ease of use.
