Aconex dives into Saigon pearl project

Saigon Pearl is a US$400 million luxury residential, commercial and entertainment development on a 10‑hectare riverfront site in Ho Chi Minh City featuring multiple high‑rise towers and many stakeholder organisations. The project's scale and visibility produced thousands of documents and pieces of correspondence each month, and legacy paper‑and‑courier processes and manual tracking made information exchange impractical and increased project risk.

The project team implemented Oracle Aconex as a single, secure central collaboration platform to provide real‑time access, distribution, tracking and archiving, plus automated review and approval workflows and consistent processes across teams.
