Verisure Innovation faced the challenge of efficiently and economically sending millions of invoices across multiple European countries and channels while complying with country‑specific rules and customer preferences. To address this complexity the customer engaged OpusCapita and its OpusCapita Multichannel Invoice Sending Service to centralize invoicing for paper, e‑invoices, e‑mail and portal deliveries.

OpusCapita implemented a centralized hub: Verisure Innovation submits monthly XML files via FTP and OpusCapita sorts and routes invoices by type and country to the required channels.
