Peab, one of the largest construction and civil engineering companies in the Nordics, needed a more efficient way to manage internal purchasing across offices and production sites. Working with OpusCapita, Peab adopted OpusCapita eProcurement and Business Network Purchase-to-Pay to centralize suppliers, support catalogs and smart forms, and handle orders digitally through Peppol, EDI, and PDFs.

OpusCapita enabled Peab to streamline procurement in Sweden and Norway for about 2,000 users, with another 9,000 expected to be added soon. The solution improved speed, reduced manual errors, strengthened traceability from order to receipt, and helped ensure invoice accuracy, while also feeding purchasing data into BI for better analysis and negotiations.
