MySafety, a leading insurance provider offering services like ID protection, needed to segment its invoice dispatches and rapidly send different attachments and banners to specific customer groups instead of relying on centrally compiled production data. To solve this challenge the company partnered with OpusCapita in 2014 and adopted OpusCapita’s Connect service to enable targeted, flexible invoice communications across its roughly 100,000 monthly invoices.

OpusCapita developed and customized the Connect application so MySafety can upload attachments, banners and CRM target lists, match them against invoice data and trigger segmented dispatches; the first segmented run in June 2015 matched 7,000 attachments to invoices. The result, enabled by OpusCapita, is easier up‑selling and campaign delivery, lower postage costs, faster last‑minute updates before production, and multi‑channel use (email/portal) for more effective, measurable customer communication.
