Turun Osuuskauppa, a regional cooperative with about 2,500 employees and a predominantly young workforce, needed to modernize payroll delivery to cut costs, speed up delivery, improve information security and reduce environmental impact. To meet these goals they engaged OpusCapita and its iSalary electronic payslip service (delivered via NetPosti).

OpusCapita rolled out iSalary so employees receive pay slips electronically in NetPosti with a seven‑year archive and delivery 1–2 days earlier than post; OpusCapita also handles printing and mailing for the few who still need paper. The change eliminated over 400,000 mailed letters per year, reduced payroll delivery costs, improved timeliness and security, and generated very little negative feedback from employees.
