Invoicing Was Updated To Support Marketing

iO Kustantajapalvelut, which manages customer and subscriber services for some 70 Finnish magazines, needed a cost-efficient, fast way to handle large volumes of invoicing and to support marketing communications alongside billing. To meet these needs it worked with OpusCapita, building on a long-standing relationship that began with OpusCapita’s invoice forwarding service.

OpusCapita implemented its multichannel Invoice Sending service (including the Printer Driver feature) and Accounts software, allowing iO to send paper invoices, business and consumer e‑invoices and to embed marketing messages in the same flow. The solution handles roughly 300,000 invoices a year, lowered costs and processing time, increased e‑invoice adoption, freed staff to focus on customer service, and enabled rapid marketing campaigns—results iO attributes to smooth, timely cooperation with OpusCapita.
