To address this, Respecta partnered with OpusCapita and adopted OpusCapita’s multichannel invoice sending service plus payment transaction, account management and electronic archive solutions.
OpusCapita centralized all purchase and sales invoices through one process, transfers purchase invoice data to Respecta’s ERP daily, forwards payment information to banks and stores receipts in an electronic archive. The result is faster, cost‑efficient invoicing and up‑to‑date group reporting—handling about 8,000 sales invoices per month—easier tailoring of customer‑specific invoices and smoother processing with a dedicated OpusCapita contact.
