The customer, Estes Express Lines, a major North American freight carrier, faced the challenge of intelligently integrating 24 newly acquired terminals into its network without causing operational disruption. Using Optym's HaulPlan, Estes simulated network changes to model freight flows and identify optimized consolidation opportunities.
