Optum360 implemented an end‑to‑end modernization approach across front, middle and back‑end workflows, streamlining registration, clinical documentation, coding, billing and collections. The partnership delivered measurable results: a 29% increase in total cash realization, 5.9% higher CC/MCC capture for Medicare, 17.9% improvement in patient access collection efficiency, a 9% increase in Medicare CMI, and a 34% reduction in AR over 90 days; coder productivity also improved (IP +12%, OP DIAG +38%, OP AMBS +116%).
