Optum delivered RelayAnalytics Acuity alongside RelayAssurance to give the health system deeper, near-real-time visibility into claims and remits so issues could be found farther upstream.
Optum’s solution provided customizable dashboards, threshold alerts, and reports (including 835/837 and 276/277 views) that enabled faster detection of claim rejections, more effective payer-provider discussions, and targeted interventions by physician or payer. As a result, Orlando Health reduced A/R days, accelerated front-end rejection handling, and used custom reporting to pinpoint problem areas and improve billing staff productivity.
