The results included a first‑pass clean claim rate of 84.82% versus 68.17% for selected peers (16.65% higher than peers), faster claim payments, quicker denial resolution and measurable productivity gains—plus concrete fixes such as restoring the electronic funds transfer rate by identifying a single payer issue.
