Optoro implemented automated routing, unit-level processing, and resale via its proprietary D2C and B2B channels, plus SKU-level performance data to optimize disposition and customer keep logic. The program achieved 91% of returns resold, a 150% increase in net recovery, a 55% reduction in returns exceptions (reducing exception labor charges), and a 25% year‑over‑year increase in net recovery, enabling smarter, data-driven inventory and returns decisions.
