The Park is a Louisville coworking space for creatives, entrepreneurs and freelancers with about 60–80 active members. Venue admin Dani Harris struggled to scale operations as reservations ran through a Google Calendar and monthly payments were collected manually — she says she was spending roughly 30 hours a week chasing payments. To solve this, The Park adopted Optix, primarily using its room booking and automated payments features.
Optix provided a web-based venue dashboard for Dani and a mobile app so members can find and reserve meeting rooms, invite colleagues, and confirm bookings themselves, plus automated invoicing with payment reminders two days before due. The result: Optix eliminated the administrative bottlenecks, freed Dani from the roughly 30 hours/week she previously spent chasing payments, gave members more self-service control, and allowed her to focus on tours, onboarding and community programming.
