KoWorks, a mission-driven coworking brand founded by Adam Hyman, wanted to grow quickly while keeping its member experience polished, flexible, and community-focused. Before opening its first location, the team needed a technology partner that could support a mobile-first, cashless experience, be customized as the business evolved, and avoid the time and cost of building software in-house. With Optix, KoWorks automated invoicing, payments, onboarding, and access control, while also using the Developer Platform to build a custom integration for keyless entry. The results included 750 members in-app, 5,000 messages sent, over 6,000 automated tasks, and growth to 2 locations in less than 2 years, with 3 more locations on the way.
