Cornerstone Coworking, a 115‑member community in Lawrenceville, Georgia led by Events and Facility Director Samantha Proctor, struggled with a legacy platform that only handled invoicing and desktop bookings and lacked communication or community features. They partnered with Optix and adopted the Optix mobile app — an all‑in‑one coworking solution — to address those gaps and better support member connection and flexible access.

Optix implemented its mobile app with Community Feed, Meeting Room Bookings, Issue Reporting and real‑time availability for Cornerstone’s six conference rooms and training space, enabling members to book on the go and report problems with a few taps. The result has been stronger member engagement (members posting daily on the community feed), faster issue resolution even on weekends, and noticeable community growth and daily app use that Samantha credits to Optix’s flexibility and evolving features.
