A Optix Case Study
BDCU Alliance Bank’s The Collective Co.Workspace in Goulburn launched to support local entrepreneurs and regional businesses but faced the challenge of delivering a modern, scalable coworking experience—hot desks, meeting rooms and private offices—while keeping administrative overhead low. To meet this need the bank deployed Optix’s customizable app, using features like Room Booking, Desk Booking and Check‑Ins to give members seamless, mobile access to space and community information.
Optix enabled real‑time remote booking and one‑tap check‑ins, letting members reserve desks and rooms from anywhere and alerting staff automatically on arrival. The result: smoother day‑to‑day operations, less on‑site admin, faster member access, and support for 90+ active members—freeing BDCU Alliance Bank and The Collective to focus on community outreach and plans to expand coworking across regional Australia. Optix was central to launching the hot‑desking environment and scaling the offering.
