Serious Integrated, Inc., a Mesa, Arizona–based high-tech and electronics manufacturer of embedded HMI and comms/control platforms, faced growing pains from fragmented systems—QuickBooks, MISys and Salesforce—that left inventory out of sync, required manual reconciliations, lacked BOM revision control, and provided no visibility into contract manufacturers in China, Canada and California.
