IMM Quality Boat Lifts, a family‑owned manufacturer of patented boat lift designs, faced fragmented, unstable systems after a merger—using QuickBooks, an MS Access sales app, ACCPAC for purchasing, and manual scheduling—with no reliable inventory tracking or accurate BOMs. To modernize, IMM selected OptiProERP (built on the SAP Business One platform) and adopted OptiProERP’s cloud‑based Product Configurator and manufacturing ERP to replace their patchwork applications.

OptiProERP implemented a cloud ERP that unified accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory and production, added a Product Configurator to eliminate ad‑hoc order notes, and provided work‑center skill controls and remote access for field staff. The deployment delivered clearer material and BOM visibility, reduced wrong or mismatched orders, removed the risk of crippling system crashes, and gave IMM operational certainty and quality/process control—enabling better decision‑making and supporting the company’s ongoing innovation.
