HendRx, a Humboldt County cannabis genetics and cloning operation, faced sudden growth and new regulatory requirements after California’s Proposition 64 exposed the limits of their legacy systems—Excel, clipboards and QuickBooks—making visibility, traceability and compliance untenable. OptiProERP implemented a fully integrated ERP spanning CRM, shop floor, manufacturing and accounting, with configurable workflows to handle HendRx’s unique cloning and genetics processes. The solution delivered real‑time visibility and traceability—allowing HendRx to monitor cloning success rates and process variables (which historically ranged from the low 60s to the high 80s) and respond quickly—while bringing the company into compliance and replacing disparate manual processes with a single, auditable system. OptiProERP’s SAP‑based platform also set the foundation for future breeding and tissue‑culture expansion.
