Factory Effex, a leading maker of motocross graphics, apparel and licensed accessories, needed to replace an abandoned ERP to gain real-time visibility into raw and finished inventory, track work-in-progress, automate commissions and license fees, and improve production reporting and warehouse management. They selected OptiProERP’s cloud-based manufacturing ERP (built on SAP Business One) after evaluating several vendors to provide an end-to-end, industry-focused solution.

OptiProERP implemented a cloud deployment with inventory barcoding, automated work orders for make-to-stock and custom products, and integration with Factory Effex’s eCommerce platform (3dcart), delivering real-time inventory and WIP visibility, streamlined warehouse operations, automated commission/license tracking and improved reporting. As a result, OptiProERP enabled Factory Effex to achieve the company’s goals of better visibility, more accurate inventory/replenishment processes and stronger production reporting.
