EPC Power Corp, North America’s largest energy storage inverter manufacturer, needed to replace its slow, limited Odoo ERP system as it prepared to open a third manufacturing plant. The company was struggling with weak manufacturing functionality, long load times, and gaps in configurators, accounting traceability, and after-sales service. After evaluating several ERP options, EPC Power selected OptiProERP, using SAP Business One.

OptiProERP implemented a more streamlined manufacturing ERP environment for EPC Power, including automation across the organization and a product configurator to customize products, automate BOMs, and generate work orders. The result was improved cost accounting, more accurate manufacturing costs, and better inventory control, while also reducing delays and giving EPC Power the reporting and process control it needed.
