Nature TTL, founded by wildlife photographer Will Nicholls, needed a better way to turn its social media traffic and website visitors into email subscribers. Its existing newsletter sign-up box produced only single-digit sign-ups per day, making it hard to grow the audience for its nature photography tutorials and reviews. OptinMonster’s plugin was used to address this challenge.
OptinMonster implemented a fullscreen welcome gate with a free eBook offer and MailChimp integration, along with display rules to avoid annoying repeat visitors. As a result, Nature TTL increased opt-in conversion from 0.5% to 4.54%, an 808% lift, and grew subscriber gains to 30–40 new sign-ups per week, at least 400% more than before.
