How IDEMIA Reports On Its Global Activities With Optimy

IDEMIA, a multinational technology company headquartered in Courbevoie, France, needed an easy and accurate way to report on CSR activities across many employee locations. The CSR team wanted a tool that would make local actions visible, support internal communication, and help them report on worldwide initiatives.

Optimy provided a website- and intranet-based reporting tool that let employees submit a questionnaire for CSR review, measurement, and reporting. The platform was easy to customize to IDEMIA’s code of ethics and code of conduct, and its Maps feature helped communicate global activity. Since adopting Optimy, IDEMIA has managed 168 projects, including more than 100 in 2023 alone.
