Grameen Foundation needed a simpler way to manage its Innovation Grants applications and quarterly reporting, especially because applicants in the Pacific Islands faced digital literacy challenges and struggled with longer forms. The organization wanted a system that was easy for grantees to use but still provided tight validation, consistent data, and support for impact analysis and reporting, so it turned to Optimy.

Optimy gave Grameen Foundation shorter forms for applications and reporting, with built-in validation, mandatory fields, and word count limits. The system also made it easier to collect comparable data across grantees, collate judging scores, and track financial and performance indicators for reporting. Grameen has also created a video to help grantees use Optimy for grant reporting.
