O&W, Inc., a 115-employee beer and wine distributor, was struggling with outsourced payroll (ADP), separate HR and payroll systems, manual time and attendance processing, frequent human error, limited reporting and integration, and inflexibility around 16 pay types. To remedy this, O&W selected Optimum Solutions and its Optimum Payroll Software, Optimum HR and Optimum Time & Attendance products.

Optimum Solutions implemented the integrated suite in a 2–3 month rollout (run in parallel with the legacy system) and provided step‑by‑step support during conversion. Moving payroll, HR and time & attendance in‑house with Optimum Solutions gave O&W greater control and flexibility (including in‑house tax filing and check printing), reduced man‑hours, and delivered approximately 20% annual cost savings compared with their prior outsourced approach.
