Kiss My Keto, a direct-to-consumer keto food and supplement brand, partnered with the conversion optimization platform OptiMonk to address a key challenge: turning website traffic into sales. The business needed to better engage specific user segments, including new homepage visitors, product page abandoners, cart abandoners, and visitors with active coupon codes, to boost conversions and decrease their cart abandonment rate.
OptiMonk implemented a solution consisting of four targeted on-site campaigns. These included a conversational popup to capture emails and offer product recommendations, exit-intent discount popups for product page abandoners, a time-sensitive discount for cart abandoners, and a sticky bar to remind visitors of their coupons. As a result, OptiMonk helped Kiss My Keto achieve a 19.29% decrease in cart abandonment, a 7.17% growth in their overall conversion rate, and generated over $46,000 in extra revenue from redeemed coupons over a two-month period.
