AVON Cosmetics, the Hungarian arm of the international beauty brand AVON, wanted to improve online conversions in a market where most visitors leave ecommerce sites without buying. Their main challenges were building a stronger newsletter list, reducing cart abandonment, and promoting seasonal offers more effectively.
