Leading Jewelry Retailer, a long-established multi-channel jewelry brand selling through both its own e-commerce site and Amazon, needed a better way to measure how its marketing was driving sales across channels. The customer worked with OptiMine and its measurement solution to answer questions about cross-channel impact, Amazon Ads effectiveness, and new vs. existing customer acquisition.
OptiMine implemented a custom modeling and measurement solution in just three weeks, giving the retailer incrementality measurement, scenario planning, budget optimization, and consulting support. The results showed Amazon Ads delivered 7% incremental lift to the retailer’s own e-commerce sales, 14% incremental revenue lift on Amazon, and strong new-customer impact, with 15% lift in acquisition and an overall ROAS of 326% for Amazon Ads.
