Optilead integrated a simple JavaScript tag into the Energyhelpline.com website to track visitor journeys in real time, identify hot leads instantly, and prioritize them for agents based on factors such as potential savings and progress in the online process. This reduced lead-to-call response time from at least 20 minutes to under 2 minutes, increased decision-maker contact rates, and helped boost sales and conversion rates.
