Energy Helpline, one of the UK’s largest energy comparison websites, wanted to improve conversions from site visitors but found that identifying and calling leads was slow and inefficient. Optilead helped address this challenge with real-time communications to speed up the follow-up process.

Optilead integrated a simple JavaScript tag into the Energyhelpline.com website to track visitor journeys in real time, identify hot leads instantly, and prioritize them for agents based on factors such as potential savings and progress in the online process. This reduced lead-to-call response time from at least 20 minutes to under 2 minutes, increased decision-maker contact rates, and helped boost sales and conversion rates.
