Aviva, the UK’s largest insurance group, needed to reduce the number of prospects dropping out of its online life insurance application process. Working with Optilead, the company looked for a way to recover lost leads and improve completion rates for its Life Insurance branch in York.

Optilead implemented a simple JavaScript-based tracking solution that monitored prospects’ journeys in real time and enabled immediate follow-up calls when users appeared to be struggling. This allowed Aviva to contact leads quickly, with around 50% reached on the first attempt, and the timely support helped improve conversion rates while generating very positive customer feedback.
