Ades AG, a leading Swiss system integrator, wanted to offer its customers a fast and simple system to verify delivery notes against packing codes to ensure a reliable supply chain process. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor Opticon.

Opticon implemented its ‘SMART-VERIFY’ solution using compact Opticon OPN-2006 and PX-20 datacollectors with special firmware. This system ensured a guaranteed reliable working process throughout the supply chain for Ades AG customers by accurately scanning and comparing 1D and 2D barcodes.
