HADAG’s Digital Transformation Journey with Optibus

HADAG Seetouristik und Fährdienst, the ferry operator serving Hamburg’s Port and carrying more than 10 million passengers a year, needed to modernize planning, dispatching, crew scheduling, and passenger information. Because ferry operations are less predictable than road transit and there is little dedicated software for urban ferry transport, HADAG turned to Optibus and its cloud-native Planning, Scheduling, Rostering, and Operations platform.
