A OpsLevel Case Study
Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate franchise, needed a better way to manage ownership and maturity across nearly 400 software components spread across 20+ teams. Before working with OpsLevel, the ops team relied on outdated spreadsheets and disorganized Confluence pages to figure out who owned what and how to respond when issues arose.
OpsLevel implemented an automated software catalog using its Kubernetes Syncer, along with Campaigns and Datadog integrations, to keep ownership and service data continuously up to date. As a result, Keller Williams cataloged 395 components in the first month, reached more than 160 unique users in two months, and reported a 350% increase in visibility across its software ecosystem, enabling major migration work that would have been impossible before.
