The results became a learning and development template used across partners, and after one year Moore Stephens saw an 11% increase in cultural contributions, a 9% increase in inspires/leads/engages, and an 8% increase in overall leadership, though client satisfaction on partner communication declined by 4%, highlighting a need for further training.
